Pricing your property is an important aspect of listing your property that must be carefully reviewed before an arbitrary estimate or “Zestimate” number can be taken for any value. I will go over a CMA with you to explain how we reached the price and why it is important to not list the property for an unrealistic number the first time. If a house sits too long on the market it will be noticeable for all agents showing the property and putting in offers for clients. On the contrary, if it sells too low, you left money on the table which is something I never want to happen.
